Sardinia in Salsa will take place from the 19th to the 26th September 2010 at Le Dune Resort & SPA, in Northern Sardinia.
Salsa courses and workshops will be held at the conference center of the resort. The conference center enjoys several modular rooms acoustically isolated from each other, avoiding any interference among the courses.
There are other open air locations that will hold parties, shows and entertainments.

Le Dune Resort & SPA

Le Dune Resort & SPA is part of Delphina Hotels & Resorts, one of the biggest and most famous hotel chains in Sardinia. Overlooking the Asinara Gulf, in Northern Sardinia, about one and a half hour's drive from Olbia and Alghero international airports and about 40 minutes from the Santa Teresa and Porto Torres ports. Food and Restaurants

Sardinia is renowned for the excellent quality of its crops, tasty meats, fresh fish and shellfish.

The island's food tradition boasts a series of dishes combining typical tastes in unique recipes, reawakening the pleasures of the table and the enjoyment of wholesome food accompanied by excellent local wines.

All Delphina Group restaurants respect and pay homage to the Sardinian food tradition with its recipes from time gone by: their menus feature a medley of local and international dishes. Le Dune Resort & SPA offers a vast and appetising choice of food, meeting all tastes and requirements, with choice of different restaurants (booking required for all restaurants, except for the main one, "Nautilus"). Spring water and house wine included (except for the "Romantico" restaurant).

From 12.30 to 2.30 pm, a light lunch that is also a feast for your taste buds: warm pasta buffet, delicious cold dishes with fresh vegetables, plus an assortment of salads and fruit. Spring water and house wine included. The brunch does not include the classic fish and meat main courses.

Rooms

Well-designed spaces, comfort and safety in a modern setting, nicely blending in with surrounding nature. The Resort comprises five distinct areas, for a total of 484 rooms built in masonry, arranged on the ground and first floors, all immersed in luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation.

All rooms in the resort have a furnished terrace, en-suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning (in the Family suites and Family senior suites the air conditioning unit is placed in the living room), safe, satellite TV, direct line telephone and mini bar.

Wellness & SPA

Hidden in the sand dunes, "Le Sabine SPA" consists of: 3 outdoor multi-function pools filled with heated fresh water (Jacuzzi - relaxing and cervical whirlpool jets as well as hydro massage beds - "against-the-stream-way").
