Judith Benitez (Cuba/Germany)

Born in Havanna/Cuba, she lives in Stuttgart since 2001. She graduated in dancing in Havanna and she teaches different popular dance styles as Son, Chachacha', Mambo, Afro-Cuban Rumba, Bachata and of course Salsa. She teaches in her own school Clavisol and in several Salsa congresses around Europe. Don't forget... she was German Salsa Champion 2004 with Juan Ortiz.

DJ Thomas (Germany)

DJ Thomas is a Salsa lover. In 2001 he faces to this world first as a dancer and then by getting closer and closer to Latin American music. In 2005 he put on line the portal PlanetSalsa.de that today represents the first reference site for all Salseras/os in the region Rhein-Neckar. As DJ he is always special guest in major events such as "Tribe of Mar", "Salsa on the Lake" at Schwetzingen city and "Playa del Ma", one of the most beautiful open air beaches of Mannheim city.

DJ Volcano (Italy/Switzerland)

My love for music was born when I was 15 years old, by starting working for radios and proposing different music styles from '60, '70, '80, Underground, Rap, Hip hop, Pop music and house. In 1997 I moved in Swiss and in 2003 I discovered the magic world of Caribbean dances, especially Salsa. In 2004 I started playing as DJ and organizing many Salsa events. I have been invited to many Salsa events among which the Worldwide Salsa Festival in Zurich. My maxim: Discover your passion for dancing - my music will accompany you.

Mambo en Clave (Spain)

MAMBO EN CLAVE was born in Murcia (south of Spain) in 2007 dreaming to express the feeling that music produces on the dancer and the espectator and to interpret the Salsa that moves from the ear to the body, to join sound and movement. Their routines are based on 2 but always looking for the sound emotion, for the Salsa flavor. Nowadays MAMBO EN CLAVE is made up of Celia Rogel and Mariano Solano, its founder, who started to dance Salsa with Alma latina, Murcia Baila's official group, in 2001. From then onwards he has travelled all around Spain and performed in the majority of national Salsa events. He was selected to represent Madrid in the Puerto Rico conquest in 2004 and has been more than 8 years devoted to teaching Salsa in plenty of places.
Today the wish to share with you their passion for Salsa with a simple slogan: "¡Aqui' el que baila gana! - That who dances always wins!"

A-Mambo Dancers (Italy)

A-Mambo Dancers is the dance team of the A-Mambo Salsa & Mambo School in Rome. The team loves interpreting with an uncommon determination, passion and amusement Salsa Mambo Style, Cha Cha Cha & Pachanga choreographies, built on '60 and '80 Latin American pieces. The team, well known all over Italy and headed by the teacher Alessandro Sala, the group's leader, transmits with great success to its public the joy that only salsa mambo can make people feeling.

Antonio Mora (Spain/Germany)

Antonio is born in Spain and moved in Germany ten years ago. He is one the most well known teacher in the Rhein-Neckar area thanks to is pedagogical ability. Thousands of students have learned Salsa and Bachata from him. He is also a renowned Latin DJ playing in several Latin clubs in Germany.

SalsAttractive (Italy)

SalsAttractive group is composed by 14 girls from the dancing school "Dance & Dance". All the young girls achieved excellent results in several national and international championships. In 2004 the first award came thanks to the win of the first Synchro and Choreographic Dance international championship. Their spectacles are a mix of Salsa and other musical genres such as Latin pop and Caribbean dances; they are headed by the teacher and choreographer Manuela Serra.
Manuela Serra started dancing when she was 6 years old; she studied classic dance and Latin pop. During the years she has gone on by participating to "sportive dance" competitions among Caribbean dances. She won many international and national championship of the Master class category with her partner Claudio C.

Mauro Tomatis

Born in Italy, having a roots in France on mother's side, starts studying dance when he was only a kid, and for nine years competes at important Italian events always taking a place up on podium. He has studied and obtained experiences on Latin American dance, Standard dance, Classic dance, Jazz, Modern dance, Afro and Flamenco. For one year he have taken part of the group of Daria and Pierto Mingarelli; for 2 years he has danced with the group Tropical Gem and Flamboyan dancer for the musical "Fantasia" and teaches in Milan at well-known school of Fernando Sosa. Since 2 years he takes a part of the group Ansima Production Ballet with Marco Ferrigno and participates world's most important congresses. Check here to see Mauro dancing

 

Manuela Serra

Manuela Serra starts dancing when she was six years-old with Classic Dance, then her interests move towards Caribbean Dance, Latin American Dance, Standard Dance, Modern Dance and Hip Hop. Studying for years these dances, she became a competitor on sporting dance taking a place up on podium on national and international competitions on Master class. She obtained a diploma of dance teacher on Caribbean dance, Latin American dance, Standard dance, ballroom dancing, Modern dance and Hip Hop. She teaches at important Salsa Congresses since several years. In 1998 she has established a school of dance and sporting dance Dance & Dance and leads her students to become champions of some important competitions in Italy and foreign countries. One and only Sardinian dance school to have a couple which has been chosen for Puerto Rico Salsa Congress. In 2009 give a birth to the group SalsAttractive which is very appreciated in international Salsa Congresses in Italy, France, Spain, Austria and Las Vegas. Check here to see Manuela dancing

 

Tropical Gem (Italy)

Tropical Gem was born in May 2000 from an idea of Rafael Gonzalez and Fernando Sosa. In June 2000 the group debut at the Worldwide Congress in Milan, by offering from the very beginning an innovative style, characterized from strength, determination and love for details and habits enriched by folkloristic rhythms (rumba, cha cha, hip hop, etc). In June 2002 Tropical Gem exhibited during the 4th worldwide congress of Italian Salsa at the most famous ex-Palavobis in Milan. Fernando Sosa and Alyra Lennox have reached many important goals, such as the first award for "Salsa Open", beginning Worldwide Champions 2004. Further Tropical Gem have taken part to many famous TV shows: with the well known group "Aventura" at Top pf the Pops (Italia 1), CD Live (Rai 2), Sanremo Festival (Rai 1) and Festivalbar (Italia 1).

Mauro and Eva

MAURO CASALI
Mauro was born and raised in Milan, Italy and has a background of dance from a young age. After moving to London at the age of 24 Mauro continued dancing and launched his teaching and performing career in latin dance with a focus on salsa and cha cha cha. Within 2 years he was featured on MTV Asia which showcased his ability. Over the years Mauro has earned a reputation as an inspiring and entertaining teacher. In 2003 he started to teach for Leon Rose and Tamambo in their famous London club SOS. It was there that he met and begun dancing with his current dance partner Eva Hurychova. Mauro teaches and performs at a variety of salsa venues across the UK and Europe and at corporate events and parties. Together with Eva they are running their weekly styling and partner work classes in salsa and cha cha cha. Over the past few years Mauro and Eva have firmly establish their international reputation as performers and teachers of the highest caliber. Mauro and Eva are currently holding the title for Best UK Performers of 2010.

EVA HURYCHOVA
Eva started dancing ballet and gymnastics in the Czech Republic at the age of four. Three years later she swapped ballet for ballroom and Latin-American dance and, as a child, won many national competitions. While at university, Eva reached international masters level in Latin-American dance, and was classified in the top twenty couples from the Czech Republic. Eva successfully competed in many national and international competitions over a 15 year period. Eva has been in the UK salsa scene since 2004 and is known as one of the top UK female dancers, teachers and performers. Eva has a reputation as a highly technical dancer, with elegance, incredible spins, precision and energy. For the last 7 years Eva has been dancing with Mauro Casali, travelling the world to attend salsa congresses and events. They are regular teachers at UK salsa congresses (GBSex Manchester, 5* star Mambo City congress, Stars of Salsa) and represent the UK at many international congresses around the Europe. Eva was a member of Laith Sami's Diablo Dance Company, Leon Rose Project 2006 and in 2004 became part of the cast of the West End musical Murderous Instincts' directed by Puerto Rican choreographer Jesus Aponte.

Carlo & Rosy

Carlo &Rosy studied with various schools and perfection their technique with master teachers such as  International: Fernando Sosa, Yamulee , Maykel Fonts & Cantin from Kiren, Sergio Sampaoli and many more
They participate in races that will see them winning many titles and trophies: Regional champions in 2008, Interregional and samples of the finalists in the Italian league 2009, Italian champion in the 2010 and classifying the second World Cup race in Roseto degli Abruzzi. In 2011 comes the most important victory in their career: World Champion Amateurcombined Puerto Rican Caribbean International class, and the second World Championships Cuban Combo.

Prized for their skill in performing, teaching and teaching, Carlo & Rosanna begin to be contacted in the most important conference of Italy. For more than five they each with professionalism and passion involving more and more people to approach the world Caribbean
