Judith Benitez (Cuba/Germany)

Judith Benitez

Born in Havanna/Cuba, she lives in Stuttgart since 2001. She graduated in dancing in Havanna and she teaches different popular dance styles as Son, Chachacha', Mambo, Afro-Cuban Rumba, Bachata and of course Salsa. She teaches in her own school Clavisol and in several Salsa congresses around Europe. Don't forget... she was German Salsa Champion 2004 with Juan Ortiz.

Giorgio Bocca and Stefania Ressia

Giorgio and Stefania teach in their own school in Turin (Italy) all Caribbean dance styles. Their curriculum is impressive: World Champions Latin Show Duo 2005 and 2006, Italian champions 2006 in the 4 Caribbean dance styles combination, Italian champions 2006 in Portorican Salsa, Salsa Vice World Champion 2006, Rueda World Champion 2003... anything more? DJ Thomas (Germany)

DJ Thomas is a Salsa lover. In 2001 he faces to this world first as a dancer and then by getting closer and closer to Latin American music. In 2005 he put on line the portal PlanetSalsa.de that today represents the first reference site for all Salseras/os in the region Rhein-Neckar. As DJ he is always special guest in major events such as "Tribe of Mar", "Salsa on the Lake" at Schwetzingen city and "Playa del Ma", one of the most beautiful open air beaches of Mannheim city.

My love for music was born when I was 15 years old, by starting working for radios and proposing different music styles from '60, '70, '80, Underground, Rap, Hip hop, Pop music and house. In 1997 I moved in Swiss and in 2003 I discovered the magic world of Caribbean dances, especially Salsa. In 2004 I started playing as DJ and organizing many Salsa events. I have been invited to many Salsa events among which the Worldwide Salsa Festival in Zurich. My maxim: Discover your passion for dancing - my music will accompany you.



Jonathan Rodriguez Perez and Nina Chinju Uszkureit (Spain/Germany)

Jonathan Rodriguez Perez was born in Tarragona, Spain. Jonathan began his dance career 15 years ago and today he is a dancer active in many areas of dance such as Salsa, Tango Argentino, Latin American and Ballroom Dancing. He is an incredibly soulful and expressive dancer. Nina Chinju Uszkureit was born in Berlin, Germany. Nina is a well known dancer and choreographer in many areas of dance such as salsa, Argentine tango, ballet, modern dance, flamenco, jazz and standard Latin American dances. She learned dance's secrets from highly qualified instructors and dancers from all over the world. Mambata (UK/Japan)

The Mambata dance team are known for their musicality and creative interpretation of music through dance. The Mambata dancers employ holistic teaching techniques into their workshops and perform innovative and dynamic choreographies. They also bring with them an ethos that promotes empathy and respect to all. This has led to the establishment of Mambata throughout the UK and the European continent.

- Guy Lawrence: Guy was born in the UK. He is a Co-Director of Mambata and Choreographer
- Rachel Lambroso: Born in Paris France, Rachel has trained in ballet, jazz and contemporary dance styles. She brings her own sensual dance style and energy to the mambata dance team
- Yuko Kamiya: Yuko was born in Tokyo, Japan. She has worked as a professional cheerleader, and is trained in ballet, jazz, Latin Ballroom, Modern Jive, Hip Hop and Salsa. Yuko is a 9 times UK dance champion
- Tony Tee: Tony Tee was born in the UK. He is a Co-director of Mambata and the team's events organiser



Mambo en Clave (Spain)

Mambo En Clave

MAMBO EN CLAVE was born in Murcia (south of Spain) in 2007 dreaming to express the feeling that music produces on the dancer and the espectator and to interpret the Salsa that moves from the ear to the body, to join sound and movement. Their routines are based on 2 but always looking for the sound emotion, for the Salsa flavor. Nowadays MAMBO EN CLAVE is made up of Celia Rogel and Mariano Solano, its founder, who started to dance Salsa with Alma latina, Murcia Baila's official group, in 2001. From then onwards he has travelled all around Spain and performed in the majority of national Salsa events. He was selected to represent Madrid in the Puerto Rico conquest in 2004 and has been more than 8 years devoted to teaching Salsa in plenty of places.
Today the wish to share with you their passion for Salsa with a simple slogan: "¡Aqui' el que baila gana! - That who dances always wins!"

Mambo On One Dancers

Mambo on one Dancers is the dance team of the Mambo On One Salsa & Mambo School in Rome. The team loves interpreting with an uncommon determination, passion and amusement Salsa Mambo Style, Cha Cha Cha & Pachanga choreographies, built on '60 and '80 Latin American pieces. The team, well known all over Italy and headed by the teacher Alessandro Sala, the group's leader, transmits with great success to its public the joy that only salsa mambo can make people feeling.

Antonio Mora (Spain/Germany)

Antonio Mora

Antonio is born in Spain and moved in Germany ten years ago. He is one the most well known teacher in the Rhein-Neckar area thanks to is pedagogical ability. Hundreds of students have learned Salsa and Bachata from him. He is also a renowned Latin DJ playing in several Latin clubs in Germany.



SalsAttractive (Italy)

SalsAttractive

SalsAttractive group is composed by 14 girls from the dancing school "Dance & Dance". All the young girls achieved excellent results in several national and international championships. In 2004 the first award came thanks to the win of the first Synchro and Choreographic Dance international championship. Their spectacles are a mix of Salsa and other musical genres such as Latin pop and Caribbean dances; they are headed by the teacher and choreographer Manuela Serra.
Manuela Serra started dancing when she was 6 years old; she studied classic dance and Latin pop. During the years she has gone on by participating to "sportive dance" competitions among Caribbean dances. She won many international and national championship of the Master class category with her partner Claudio C.



Tropical Gem (Italy)

Tropical Gem was born in May 2000 from an idea of Rafael Gonzalez and Fernando Sosa. In June 2000 the group debut at the Worldwide Congress in Milan, by offering from the very beginning an innovative style, characterized from strength, determination and love for details and habits enriched by folkloristic rhythms (rumba, cha cha, hip hop, etc). In June 2002 Tropical Gem exhibited during the 4th worldwide congress of Italian Salsa at the most famous ex-Palavobis in Milan. Fernando Sosa and Alyra Lennox have reached many important goals, such as the first award for "Salsa Open", beginning Worldwide Champions 2004. Further Tropical Gem have taken part to many famous TV shows: with the well known group "Aventura" at Top pf the Pops (Italia 1), CD Live (Rai 2), Sanremo Festival (Rai 1) and Festivalbar (Italia 1).
