Location/Hosting

Sardinia in Salsa event will take place from the 2nd through the 4th of October 2009 at the Park Hotel Cala di Lepre, in Northern Sardinia.
Salsa courses and workshops will be held at the meeting area and open air theatre of the hotel. The conference center enjoys several modular rooms acoustically isolated from each other, avoiding any interference among the courses.
There are other open air locations that will hold parties, shows and entertainments.

Park Hotel Cala Lepre

Food

Sardinia is renowned for the excellent quality of its crops, tasty meats, fresh fish and shellfish.

The island’s food tradition boasts a series of dishes combining typical tastes in unique recipes, reawakening the pleasures of the table and the enjoyment of wholesome food accompanied by excellent local wines.

All Delphina Group restaurants respect and pay homage to the Sardinian food tradition with its recipes from time gone by: their menus feature a medley of local and international dishes.

Park Hotel Cala Lepre offers a vast and appetizing choice of food, meeting all tastes and requirements, with its excellent Mediterranean cuisine satisfies the taste buds of the most demanding gourmets. Drink and wine will be included during all meals for Sardinia in Salsa participants.

Lunch

Mediterranean Brunch will be served at the main restaurant to enjoy a light lunch without forsaking the pleasures of tasty food, a buffet of warm pasta dishes, cold dishes by our Chef based on fresh vegetable, pulses, vegetables and an array of salads, fruit and local cheeses. The brunch does not include the classic fish and meat main courses.

Dinner

Lavish Mediterranean food buffet on the terrace of the main restaurant “L’Arcipelago” (at the Management’s discretion buffet service may be replaced by waiter service).

Rooms

All rooms have well-designed spaces, comfort and safety in a modern setting, nicely blending in with surrounding nature. The Resort comprises two areas, Parco and Golfo, for a total of 160 rooms (including standard, junior suites and suites) built in masonry, all arranged on the ground floors, immersed in luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation.

IL PARCO

It has rooms and suites located in a secluded spot, surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, the best choice for nature lovers seeking a place to relax. Participants who have booked the basic package will enjoy this area.

IL GOLFO

It has rooms, suites and Senior suites located closer to the hotel’s main building, to the SPA center and to recreational facilities. Participants who have booked Silver and Gold package will enjoy this area.

Participants who have booked a Platinum package will enjoy sea view Junior Suite as well as VIP treatment.
Breakfast is served at the main restaurant “L’Arcipelago”.

All rooms have a furnished terrace, en- suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning safe, satellite TV, direct line telephone and mini bar.

The sea is a few meters from the swimming pool.
